Proposed Land Use Amendment Delayed

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (May 27, 2025) – A proposed land use amendment scheduled for consideration by the Charlotte County Commission has been postponed and will not appear on the June 10, 2025 Regular & Land Use agenda as previously announced.
The proposed amendment for the Rural Settlement Area Overlay District (RSAOD), listed as Application Number TCP-24-04, has been delayed at the request of the applicant. The applicant has asked for additional time to address questions and concerns raised during the May 12, 2025 Planning and Zoning Board meeting.

Absolutely, and I’m so sorry, i should have asked in my original question, is this for June 9th or June 10th? I saw on the county website that there’s a few meetings on the agenda.
